February 24, 2024

Welcome to Heart Healthy Recipes' Newsletter!

This month's Heart Healthy Recipes’ newsletter features the health benefits of coffee - along with several coffee recipes.

Benefits of Coffee:

More and more information points to coffee as being beneficial for health - including heart health. Some of the health benefits include lessening of dangerous heart rhythms and possibly avoiding heart disease - see article for more details.

In addition, Havard Medical School released an article reporting a recent study indicating those who drank two to three cups of coffee each day may have a lowered risk of an early death.

Also, coffee drinkers tend to enjoy weight loss benefits by drinking the brew according to some studies. This potential weight loss benefits the heart by taking a burden off and allowing the heart not to work as hard.
