Benefits of Oats:

Nutrient-rich oats are excellent for adding to many dishes and meals, including vegan meatloaf, salads, and more. The health benefits of oats, including for the heart, are many. According to an article published in 2021, oats may help the immune system as being part of a balanced diet.

In addition, oats may help reduce chronic inflammation, which is considered to be a factor in some heart diseases. Studies have also shown that oat intake is associated with potential weight loss and possible reduced insulin resistance. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8063794/)
